Please read these terms before using SuperAP. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to the terms below.

Last updated: April 11, 2026 · Effective immediately

1. The Service

SuperAP is a free educational platform that provides practice questions, study guides, and progress tracking for Advanced Placement (AP) exams. By accessing or using SuperAP in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service in their entirety.

Not affiliated with the College Board. "AP" and "Advanced Placement" are registered trademarks of the College Board, which does not sponsor, endorse, or affiliate with SuperAP in any way.

2. Your Account

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account (16 in the EU/UK).
  • You must provide accurate and current information when registering. Using false information may result in account termination.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Do not share your password. If you use Google Sign-In, your account security is also governed by your Google account settings.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
  • You may only maintain one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SuperAP only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not harm other users or the platform. You must not:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, databases, or other users' accounts.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract questions, explanations, or other content from the Service.
  • Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit any content from the Service without written permission.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure (e.g., DDoS attacks, excessive automated requests).
  • Impersonate another person, entity, or SuperAP staff.
  • Submit false, misleading, or malicious question reports.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

All content on SuperAP — including but not limited to practice questions, explanations, study guide articles, graphics, UI design, and source code — is owned by SuperAP or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • You may use content for personal, non-commercial study purposes only.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
  • Quoting short excerpts for educational discussion (e.g., in a study group) is permitted, provided you credit SuperAP.

5. User-Submitted Content

When you use features that involve submitting data — including answers to questions, bookmarks, profile information, and question reports — the following applies:

  • You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display that data solely to provide the Service to you.
  • You retain ownership of your personal data and can delete it at any time via account settings.
  • Question reports — By submitting a report, you represent that your report is submitted in good faith. We use reports to improve content quality.
  • Anonymous navigation data (page views, session flows) is collected as described in our Privacy Policy §4. This data contains no personal identifiers.

6. Advertising

SuperAP is free and supported by display advertising. Third-party advertisements are served by Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Any transactions between you and an advertiser are solely between you and that advertiser.

For information on advertising cookies and how to opt out, see our Privacy Policy §5.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of practice questions or study guides. Questions are created for practice; they may not reflect the exact format or content of official AP exams.
  • We do not guarantee any specific exam score, grade improvement, or academic outcome.
  • We are not responsible for data loss due to technical failures, although we maintain regular backups.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SuperAP and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service.

This includes, without limitation: loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, damage to reputation, or any academic outcomes (including exam scores). Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the greater of $10 USD or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or liabilities; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Termination

  • By you: You can delete your account at any time from account settings. Deletion immediately removes all personal data associated with your account.
  • By us: We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or for any other legitimate operational reason.
  • Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Sections 4, 7, 8, and 11 survive termination.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may notify you via a notice on the site. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, stop using the Service and delete your account.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached informally within 30 days, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction, depending on your jurisdiction and the nature of the dispute.
